The OWWA Citizen’s Charter is adopted in the interest of the service and in compliance with R.A. 9485, otherwise known as the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007 (ARTA).
OWWA Administrator Carmelita S. Dimzon has directed all OWWA employees to comply with the guidelines.

August 27, 2010 – One hundred eleven (111) overseas Filipino workers and children repatriated by OWWA from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, arrived last night (Thursday, August 26, 2010) between 10 – 11 pm on flights EY 428 and BI 689 at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport under the accelerated repatriation program of Labor Secretary Rosalinda Baldoz, according to OWWA Administrator Carmelita S.
