OWWA to conduct updated staff briefings

February 19, 2010 – OWWA Administrator Carmelita S. Dimzon has directed OWWA staff and officials to attend an updated briefing on Programs and Services of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration, in compliance with the Anti-Red Tape Act.

In Special Order No. 039, Series of 2010, Administrator Dimzon said that, in the interest of the service, the briefings are being conducted to ensure fast and efficient service to OFWs and members as well as beneficiaries of OWWA’s programs and services.

The briefings are for participants who have been divided into four batches, attending sessions over a two-day period on February 25 and 26 to be conducted by Regional Welfare Office – National Capital Region at the OWWA Multi-Purpose Hall in Pasay City.
