OWWA opens Voluntary Membership Program

The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) has opened its Voluntary Membership Program, in line with its intensified membership promotion drive.

The Program is open to the following:
– Overseas Filipino workers who have not acquired regular/permanent residency status while working abroad;
– Overseas Filipino workers in host countries where there is no OWWA office or Designated Collecting Officer (DCO); and
– Former natural-born Filipino citizens permanently residing and gainfully employed who obtained dual citizenship under Republic Act No. 9225.
