OWWA-NCR Conducts Basic Life Support and First Aid Training
The OWWA-NCR Regional Welfare Office recently conducted a Basic Life Support and First Aid Training last 27 August 2007 at the Blas F. Ople Development Center in Intramuros, Manila.
Participants in the training are the thirty-two (32) OWWA Education for Development Scholarship Program (EDSP) and Congressional Migrant Workers Scholarship Program (CMSWP) scholars from various universities and colleges in Metro Manila.
The participants were able to learn basic but practical life support and first aid techniques during the said training.
Ms. Nellie Ragot, course instructress, demonstrates the procedures on how top apply first aid management.
Thirty two (32) EDSP and CMWSP scholars from NCR-based colleges and universities attended the Basic Life Support and First Aid Training conducted by OWWA at Blas F. Ople Development Center, Manila last 27 August 2007.
