The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration will once again be celebrating the “Araw ng Pasasalamat” in observance of the Migrant Workers Day 2017: a one-day celebration to pay tribute to the OFWs and their families.

The annual program intends to provide our OFWs relevant activities promoting the importance of spending quality time and togetherness amongst OFW families. This is the government’s response to the great contribution of our OFWs in keeping our economy vibrant through their sacrifices and endurance in working overseas.

Once again, OWWA Caraga Regional Director Samuel Madrid extends his invitation to all Caraganon OFWs (vacationing and returnees) including their families, especially those from nearby towns of Claver, Surigao del Norte to participate in this fun-filled day.
